    The Client is a leading Mobile Handset Manufacturer.

    Challenge

    The Client wanted to develop a Testing application by transforming the traditional method of testing of its mobile devices and tablets running on the Android operating system . The application needed to enable the manufacturers, service centers and the end-users to conduct tests on the products and see the status reports.

    Solution

    Q3 Tech team designed and developed Android and Web applications to meet the specific requirements of the client.

    • The mobile applicationdeveloped for Consumers, Manufacturers, and Service Center users has categories such as Screen Test, Camera Test, and Touch Tests.
    • The desktop applicationintended for the manufacturers’ and service center users synchronizes the complete test report of the tested device with the database at the same time to be readily accessible anytime, when needed.
    • The application provides different features based on the functions performed by different user categories :Admin, Quality Assurer & Service center Users.
