    The client is a prominent semi-government joint venture in the oil and gas sector, with a vast operational reach across North India.

    Challenge

    The client wanted a centralized system to help their employees collaborate and perform various business-related activities such as employee collaboration, task assignment, travel management, and vendor invoice tracking. Q3 proposed using SharePoint portals to address these challenges.

    Solution

    Q3 developed a SharePoint based large collaborative portal, with features like:

    • Survey application for sending questionnaires to the employees and the vendors.
    • Document Management System, Travel desk, Bus pass booking, Guest house booking, courier, stationary portals, Meal Management and On demand Township Services.
    • Developed a complex payment processing application containing complex business rules and multi-level custom workflows. The application is used to manage all of the invoices raised by different vendors.
