    The client is one of the World’s Largest Manufacturers of Slot Machine Games.

    Challenge

    The client wanted us to perform the “Regression Testing” for games, which was a cumbersome and recurrent activity that consumed days altogether when done manually.

    Solution

    Q3 proposed RPA to be a potential solution and automated Quality Testing process of the games. Using T-Plan, regression test suite was automated through:

    • Screen recording
    • Optical character recognition
    • Image capture and comparison
    • Imitating the machine hardware inputs and sending the corresponding commands back to the gaming console.
