    The client is a World-leading contract foodservice, cleaning, property management and support services company.

    Challenge

    The client wanted an interactive interface which could help the client employees in solving their queries seeking responses to various queries, searching for documents & performing routine tasks.

    Solution

    • Q3 proposed Chatbot to be developed on Microsoft Bot Framework using Microsoft QnA Maker service. QnA Maker service provided functionality to upload the FAQ document in a defined format which gave an easy administration of Chatbot.
    • App service plan, QnA Maker plan, and Bot registration service of Microsoft Azure were used to create the whole solution.
    • The Chatbot was integrated with the client’s existing portal. The Bot was designed as per the Client’s branding and was made movable through the entire screen of the portal.
