The Client is a leading innovator of Technology Solutions for Consumer-directed Healthcare Accounts, Premium Billing, & Insurance Payments.
Challenge
The Client wanted a centrally hosted Web Application to manage and monitor employee health benefits, insurance premium payments, billing for employers and third-party administrators and to reduce the overall time to release the new patches.
Solution
Q3 developed a Web Application and a Mobile App to provide a seamless & quick deployment experience, enabling quick releases. The system provided a portal for the participants as well for employees & their dependents.
The key features of the application are:-
- On the fly Database Creation and On Demand Builds: The system was enabled to identify specific customers for directing to the relevant database.
- Data Exchange between Legacy & New systemswas implemented to migrate, Import/Export data to/from legacy applications.
- Mobile Appswere developed for both Android and iOS by using Xamarin.
- Smart cardswere linked with each user and can be configured as per rules and the TPA. The app also provides white labeling with customization as per TPA.
- Users were given the provision to upload scanned bills for claims.
